How to Use the Ritual System
How do I use the ritual system?
Our products are designed to work together in steps:
• Step 1: Steam – open pores and prepare skin
• Step 2: Mask – refine and treat
• Step 3: Bath or Cleanse – soften and relax
• Step 4: Balm or Oil – nourish and seal moisture
Do I have to follow the full ritual?
Not at all. Each product can be used on its own or combined for a complete experience.
How often should I use facial steams and masks?
1–2 times per week is ideal for most skin types.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Please note this timeline does not apply to orders from Ritual Comfort Studio.
Do you offer free shipping?
Not generally but at times there will be shipping specials. Make sure to sign up in the Ritual Comfort Club to stay informed.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, it is an option available at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
